What is a Diva? Who is a Diva?
The Harem of No One strikes the Glory once again, this time bringing the DIVA energy into the room. We are inspired by them, we love them, we celebrate their art, their rise to top and their struggle as women who have sacrificed and lost so much on their way of empowerment. We will be channeling Ajda, Sezen, Bülent Ersoy, Muazzez and many more while asking the question of What makes a DIVA?
The cabaret show will be hosted by the trouble duo Darlink Dick & Tahini Molasses. For the first time, the east-londoner musician OZ will join our harem of wonders, together with Shekerparé returning from our biggest event ever last month at Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club. We are not done, our shows will continue with the after party with Cazeleon joining the fray and Toby Kind behind the decks, keeping up the Diva energy with the tracks to dance with.
The task falls on you to join us and come to our gathering as a Diva ! Get your sequins and feathers, the most glimmer you can muster with the makeup to match! Let everyone hear our song of freedom!
